- 9 cups salad macaroni (3.5 cups uncooked)
- Cook and drain with cold water
- 4 cups fresh small shrimp
- 0.5 lb grated or chopped sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 (oz?) pimento (chopped)
- 4 small green onion (chopped)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Approx. 2 cups of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
